It's OK to feel 'eh'
Some call it a ‘rut’, or ‘demotivated’… whatever it is, it’s ok to feel this way. There’s a constant pressure to be ‘productive’ or to DO something, that needing a break feels like we’re not enough.
But screw that.
You have 100% permission to feel the way you do. If you feel ‘eh’, then sure. Accept that, acknowledge that’s just what you feel right now, and detach the shame or guilt that usually crops up because of it.
