At a time when you’re most likely demotivated or in a rut, taking action is the last thing we want to do. There are so many ‘to do’s’ we know we need to get to sooner or later but have been pushing off.

The more we think, the more that’ll exhaust us and the less likely we’ll actually do it. So even little steps like taking out the vacuum and putting it next to your room is a win towards your goal.
