It’s really easy to get bloated on content.

Just like eating, there’s a point where ingesting any more leaves a restless, monotonous sensation that’s hard to describe.

All in all, it feels ‘EH’.

In those moments, I’ve learnt to stop all consumption. Go on a detox.

I’ll go for a walk (without music), and simply let my head have time to settle and mellow out. Then if I feel mentally hungry again, back on the podcasts and videos I go.

It’s hard to notice when you’re mentally plugged, but just by being aware you’re halfway there.
