Our 'natural' State
Our emotions are like the weather. Always changing, cloudy here, sunny the next, and no distinction between good or bad.
Much like the weather, there’s no ‘natural’ state. A clear sunny warm day is no more expected to pop up than a windy chilly day.
So the only natural state that exists is the constant change of emotions.
Rather than fight uncomfortable emotions or seek happiness, give yourself permission to accept the emotion you have right now.
