Practice Doesn't Make 'Perfect'
The saying ‘Practice Makes Perfect’ should be culled.
What is perfect anyway? It’s arbitrary and I’m not even sure we want to achieve it. It’s as if we climb to the peak and go ‘I’ve done all I can, I’ve learnt everything… now what?’
Instead, ‘(Consistent) Practice Makes Better’
Practice isn’t enough. But consistent, thorough, intentional practice will create results.
We won’t always go up, sometimes our progress plateaus… but that’s all part of the journey. It’s like the stock market. All jagged ups and downs, but if we look at the bigger picture, we’re definitely going up.

Practice consistently. Practice with quality feedback. Practice despite the plateaus.
