Being sad is not bad. 

It’s what helps us experience happiness. 

It’s natural to feel down, and experience negative emotions. But the silver lining, is that these are messages, ACTION SIGNALS, as Tony Robbins explains in ‘Awaken the giant within’. 

If you’re feeling down, it alerts you that something needs to be changed. 

If you’re feeling lonely, it’s a signal to talk to someone and seek connection. 

If you’re feeling dissatisfied, it means that your current actions are not adequate to produce the life you want. It’s encouraging you to change your approach. 

If you’re feeling hurt, it means something did not meet your expectations. 

Every ‘negative’ feeling is an important signal to TAKE ACTION. It’s a calling to reframe our outlook on our current situation; 

- to make happy.
